Residents/Fellows:
• Fellows and residents who register without submitting an abstract will receive a 25% registration discount.
• Fellows and residents with accepted abstracts will receive a 50% registration discount.
Medical Students: FREE Registration with a $100 security of attendance deposit, refundable upon in-person attendance at the conference.

Cancellation Policy
A $75 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received between March 24, 2027, and May 24, 2027.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 24, 2027.
